What can I do at the CEGA Community Center?
You can attend esports tournaments, cosplay & community nights, AMAs with founders/devs, sponsored launch/music events, game-dev bootcamps, and co-working open days. New events drop on our monthly calendar; RSVP is required for most sessions.
How do I book a desk, meeting room, or event seat?
Go to “Book Your Space” > choose area (Desk / Meeting Room / Event) > pick date & time > enter details > confirm. You’ll receive an email/SMS with a QR check-in code. Walk-ins are limited to capacity.
Who can attend – are there age or eligibility rules?
Open to everyone 18+. Under 18s must be accompanied by a guardian for public events. Some bootcamps and tournaments have skill/age brackets; details appear on each event page.
What are the timings and what amenities are included?
Standard hours: 6:00 – 21:00 (Mon – Fri) and 9:00 – 21:00 (Sat – Sun).
Amenities: High-speed internet, power outlets at every desk, streaming-ready rooms (on select floors), prayer space, women-friendly seating zones, and café partners on event days.
Accessibility: lift access and step-free entries.
Can I bring my own PC/console? Do you provide equipment?
Yes, BYO is welcome. Limited gaming PCs, controllers, headsets, and capture cards are available on a first-come, event-linked basis.
Code of conduct & safety – what should I know?
Zero tolerance for harassment, cheating, or hate speech. Follow staff directions, respect property, and keep food/drinks away from equipment areas. Cosplay props must be safe (no sharp/replica weapons). Media may be captured at events – opt out at check-in if you don’t want to appear in photos/videos.
