Is the co-working space really free?
Yes. CEGA co-working is a government-funded initiative. Desks, meeting rooms, labs, and internet are free for approved users during official hours.
What are the operating hours?
The space is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After-hours and overnight stays are not permitted.
Who can apply for access?
Freelancers, startups, and professionals in gaming, animation, and creative industries. Applicants are approved based on alignment with CEGA’s focus areas.
How do I book a desk or meeting room?
All bookings are managed through CEGA’s CRM/Facility Management system. Once registered, you can log in to check live occupancy and reserve desks or rooms.

What facilities are included?
Hot desks, quiet zones, meeting pods, conference rooms, rendering machines, device testing labs, internet, lockers, and community event areas.
Can I bring guests or team members?
Yes, registered users can bring up to two guests for meetings. Guests must sign in at reception and follow house rules.
Are events hosted at CEGA?

What rules do I need to follow?
Follow the SOPs: keep badge visible, respect quiet zones, book rooms in advance, no food near rigs, no crypto-mining, maintain a clean desk, and comply with ICT usage guidelines.
